Campeonato España Open FAI2 Piedrahita
Los pilotos recibirán una mail con los datos para efectuar el pago y los plazos de que disponen para realizar la reserva de la plaza. El envío del mail será en función del ranking del piloto.
El número maximo de inscritos para esta competición será de 145 pilotos + 5 wildcard.
El organizador será el Club Aerofly
Las velas EN B podrán participar pero no tendrán categoría propia y estarán incluidos en la categoria Sport
El precio será 265€ Hasta el 10 Junio, a partir de esa fecha será de 300€
La preeinscripcion acaba el 11 Mayo, Tras esta fecha los pilotos recibirán un mail con los datos para efectuar el pago y plazos que disponen para realizar la reserva de la plaza. El envío del mail será en función del ranking del piloto. Y 25% plazas para extranjeros por Rankin FAI
Para evitar posibles errores y malos entendidos, se puede comprobar el estado de las inscripción, en el apartado Pilotos inscritos
Pre-inscrito, ha realizado la pre-inscripción correctamente en la fecha X
En espera de pago, se le ha enviado el email con los datos de pago, para poder hacer el ingreso
Confirmado, se ha recibido correctamente el importe de la inscripción, y se confirma su reserva de plaza
Se ruega a los pilotos que no puedan asisitir por cualquier motivo, se den de baja lo antes posible, para permitir que otros compañeros puedan ocupar su lugar
Cancelación de la prueba por parte del organizador por causas ajenas a el:
1º En el caso de que fuera necesario cancelar la prueba en el plazo menor de 10 días, con respecto a su inicio, se devolverá el importe de la inscricpción menos 30 € que serán destinados a compensar parte de los gastos que se hubieran originado.
2º En el supuesto de que la prueba fuera cancelada en un plazo mayor a 10 días, con relación a su inicio, se devolvería el importe de la inscricpción menos 10 € que serán destinados a compensar parte de los gastos que se hubieran originado.
Cambio de fechas debido al COVID-19
Si se tuviera que posponer el campeonato a otras fechas en Septiembre, los pilotos pagados no tendrán que hacer nada para estas nuevas fechas, los pilotos que no puedan asistir se les devolverá el importe integro de la inscripción.
Cancelación por parte del piloto.
1º Cualquier cancelación por parte de un piloto, despues del pago y hasta 15 días antes del inicio de la competición tendrá unos gastos de 50€ del importe de la inscripción.
2º En caso de que la cancelación por parte del piloto sea dentro de los últimos 15 días, los gastos serán del 50% de la inscripción.

The competition will take place from Sunday 5rd July to Saturday 11th July. Sunday 4rd May is registration and practice day, the following 6 days will be task days.
The maximum number of pilots for this competition will be 130 pilots.
The last date for pre-registration is 11st May 2020.
After this date pilots will receive an email with payment information and the date by which payment must be made to secure a place. The emails will be sent as follows: 95 places reserved for Spanish pilots in order of their Spanish National Ranking as of 31/12/2019, 30 places for foreign pilots in order of their WPRS Ranking as of 31/12/2019, 5 Wildcards for the Organisation
The competition HQ will be the Piedrahita Town hall
The competition fee is 265€. After 10 Junio is 300€
In order to avoid possible errors and misunderstandings, you can check your registration status in the 'Registered Pilots' section of www.parapentectnp.com, where you will find 3 possible stati:
· Waiting: You have correctly registered on date X
· Waiting for Payment: You have been sent the email with payment Information. If you have not received the email check your Junk Email and/or get in touch with www.parapentectnp.com as soon as possible in order to resolve the problem.
· Confirmed: Your payment has been received and your place is confirmed.
We ask that if you are unable to participate in the competition after having a place confirmed, that you let us know as soon as possible so that another pilot may be given your place.
More information will be published in due course, such as local rules and daily schedules.
Cancellation rules:
1. If you cancel after having paid, up to 15 days before the competition, you will be refunded except for a 50€ administration fee.
2. If you cancel less than 15 days before the start of the competition, the administration fee will be 50% of the competition fee.
Cancellation of the test by the organizer for reasons beyond the control of:
1º In the event that it was necessary to cancel the test within a period of less than 10 days, with respect to its start, the registration fee will be refunded less € 30 that will be used to compensate part of the expenses that had originated.
2º In the event that the test was canceled within a period greater than 10 days, in relation to its beginning, the registration fee would be refunded less € 10 that will be used to compensate part of the expenses that had originated.
