NIVIUK PARAGLIDING OPEN FAI 2 & PRE-PWC

La prueba se realizara del 1 de Agosto al 7 de Agosto, siendo la jornada del 1 de Agosto dia de Inscripción y entrenamientos y los siguientes 6 dias con posibles mangas a realizar.

 

La fecha limite para la Pre-inscricpción será el 3 de Junio del 2020

 

 

El número  máximo de inscritos para esta competición será de 150 pilotos.

 

Tras esta fecha los pilotos recibirán un email con los datos para efectuar el pago y plazos de que disponen para confirmar la reserva de plaza. El envío del email se realizará con los siguientes parametros: 65 plazas reservadas a pilotos Españoles segun ranking nacional a 31 Diciembre 2019, 65 plazas para extranjeros segun su ranking WPRS a 31 Diciembre 2019, 10 Wild Cards para la Organización y 10 Wild Cards para Niviuk.

 

La sede de la prueba sera la instalaciones del Camping Vall d’Ager. 

 

 

El precio de  la inscripción será de 210€

 

Para evitar posibles errores y malos entendidos, puedes comprobar el Estado de tu Inscripción en el apartado Pilotos Inscritos, www.parapentectnp.com 

Donde puedes observar tres estados: 

 

· En Espera: Has realizado la preinscripción correctamente en la fecha X.
· En Espera de Pago: Se te ha enviado el mail con los datos necesarios para hacer el ingreso del importe de la inscripción. Si no lo has recibido revisa tu correo no deseado y ponte en contacto lo antes posible con, www.parapentectnp.com , para solucionar el problema.
· Confirmado: El importe de la inscripción ha sido recibido y se confirma la reserva de plaza. 

 

Se ruega que los pilotos que no fueran a asistir por cualquier motivo lo comuniquen lo antes posible, permitiendo a otro compañero que ocupe su lugar. 

 

Mas adelante se publicara mas informacion, asi como horarios y reglas locales.

 

LISTADO DE ALOJAMIENTOS EN AGER:

 

Cancelación por parte del piloto.

1º Cualquier cancelación por parte de un piloto, despues del pago y  hasta 30 días antes del inicio de la competición tendrá unos gastos de 50€ del importe de la inscripción.

2º En caso de que la cancelación por parte del piloto sea dentro de los últimos 30 días, los gastos serán del 50% de la inscripción.

 

Cancelación de la prueba por parte del organizador por causas ajenas a el:

1º En el caso de que fuera necesario cancelar la prueba en el plazo menor de 7 días, con respecto a su inicio, se devolverá el importe de la inscricpción menos 50 € que serán destinados a compensar parte de los gastos que se hubieran originado.

2º En el supuesto de que la prueba fuera cancelada en un plazo mayor a 7 días, con relación a su inicio, se devolvería el importe de la inscricpción menos 20 € que serán destinados a compensar parte de los gastos que se hubieran originado.

 

 

The competition will take place from 1st Agoust to  7th Agoust. 1st May is registration and practice day, the following 6 days will be task days.

The maximum number of pilots for this competition will be 150 pilots.

The last date for pre-registration is 1st Agoust 2020. 

After this date pilots will receive an email with payment information and the date by which payment must be made to secure a place. The emails will be sent as follows: 65 places reserved for Spanish pilots in order of their Spanish National Ranking as of 31/12/2019, 65 places for foreign pilots in order of their WPRS Ranking as of 31/12/2019, 10 Wildcards for the Organisation and 10 Wildcards for Niviuk.

The competition HQ will be the Camping Vall d'Ager campsite.

The competition fee is 210€

In order to avoid possible errors and misunderstandings, you can check your registration status in the 'Registered Pilots' section of www.parapentectnp.com, where you will find 3 possible stati:

· Waiting: You have correctly registered on date X
· Waiting for Payment: You have been sent the email with payment Information. If you have not received the email check your Junk Email and/or get in touch with www.parapentectnp.com as soon as possible in order to resolve the problem.
· Confirmed: Your payment has been received and your place is confirmed.

We ask that if you are unable to participate in the competition after having a place confirmed, that you let us know as soon as possible so that another pilot may be given your place.

Cancellation rules:

1. If you cancel after having paid, up to 30 days before the competition, you will be refunded except for a 50€ administration fee.

2. If you cancel less than 30 days before the start of the competition, the administration fee will be 50% of the competition fee

 

Cancellation of the test by the organizer for reasons beyond the control of:

1º In the event that it was necessary to cancel the test within a period of less than 7 days, with respect to its start, the registration fee will be refunded less € 50 that will be used to compensate part of the expenses that had originated.

2º In the event that the test was canceled within a period greater than 7 days, in relation to its beginning, the registration fee would be refunded less € 20 that will be used to compensate part of the expenses that had originated.
